Managing Your Subscription

Mosaic offers flexible subscription plans to meet your needs. Here’s how to manage your subscription.

Available Plans

Free Plan

  • 500 OG images per month
  • 1 website
  • Community forum support

Pro Plan ($19/month)

  • 5,000 OG images per month
  • Unlimited websites
  • Priority email support
  • Advanced analytics

Pro Yearly Plan ($199/year)

  • Unlimited OG images
  • Unlimited websites
  • Priority email support
  • Advanced analytics
  • Custom branding options
  • Save $29 compared to monthly billing

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Navigate to your Settings page
  2. In the “Plan & Billing” section, click the Upgrade button for your desired plan
  3. Complete the secure checkout process
  4. Your plan will be activated immediately after payment

Managing Your Subscription

Once you have a Pro plan, you can manage your subscription through the customer portal:

  1. Go to your Settings page
  2. Click Manage Subscription on your current plan
  3. This will open the customer portal where you can:
    • Update your payment method
    • Download invoices
    • Cancel your subscription

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Access the customer portal (see above)
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. You’ll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period

Billing and Invoices

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Invoices are available in the customer portal
  • Failed payments will result in service downgrade to the free plan
